MGM Electrical Contractors is a division of MGM Properties, Inc., founded in 2000 by Monica Merel, an experienced Licensed Electrician who also holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Ms. Merel has a comprehensive background in the electrical industry, general contracting, property development, business management, and has personally worked as an electrician.  She is one of the few women in the United States licensed as an Electrician.  Today, MGM Electrical is co-managed by Ms. Merel, President, and partner Ms. Sandi Goodman, V.P., Finance, who has an extensive background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance. The company has grown extensively since it's start, increasing staff size, facilities, certification status, and scope of services and projects. The company has grown to three divisions: Residential, Commercial and Solar Energy. All divisions have specially-trained crews who work under the direct supervision of MGM’s highly trained and proficient project managers. MGM’s inside administrative support staff is top-notch, handling all customer service requests and crew material needs.
