A Note to Our Valued Customers on Upfront
Pricing
Licensed electricians, in general, charge per
hour for their service time, add materials used for the job and
issue the invoice after the job is completed. This
invoice can come as quite a shock to the customer when time to
perform a job takes longer due to differences in a home or
building's age, style and condition. A professional electrician is
also legally and ethically bound to notify the
customer of and offer to repair any other
problems discovered in walls that are opened during the service
call. For safety reasons it is not ethical to ignore these problems
and just close the wall or ceiling back up without notifying the
customer.
MGM
wants you, our customer, to be completely satisfied with the service
you receive from us. In an effort to serve you better, MGM's Service
Technicians will communicate exactly what work they will be
performing before starting the work and charge by the
job, not by the hour. This way you will know exactly
how much the entire job will cost before the work
begins. We will not begin the work until after
you approve the price. You will get licensed,
insured and professional service payable by MasterCard, Visa, check
or cash and will know the complete price for the work upfront.
Thank you for choosing MGM. We
will do everything possible to make your experience of working with
us a positive one.
